Fonde Community – Terms of Service

Welcome to Fonde — a premium private community built to empower, support, and elevate Black women in senior leadership.
By joining and participating in the Fonde Community, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Community Membership
Fonde is a private, curated community. By becoming a member, you confirm that:
You identify as a Black woman in a senior leadership role (Director, VP, C-Suite, Founder, or Board Member).
You meet the eligibility criteria for access as defined by the Fonde team.
You will not share your login or membership access with others.
Membership may be revoked at any time for violation of these terms or the community guidelines.
2. Code of Conduct
We are committed to creating a safe, respectful, and supportive environment. As a member, you agree to:
Engage with integrity, kindness, and professionalism
Respect the privacy and confidentiality of all members
Avoid harassment, discrimination, or hate speech
Uplift and support other members, especially in vulnerable or celebratory moments
Violation of the code of conduct may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent removal.
3. Content & Confidentiality
All discussions within the Fonde platform — including in forums, events, and groups — are confidential and may not be recorded, copied, or shared outside the community without permission.
By posting content, you grant Fonde a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, or share your content within the platform for community purposes only.
4. Events and Recordings
Some community events may be recorded for internal use or shared within the member space.
By attending, you consent to being recorded, unless stated otherwise.
Private conversations within breakout groups remain confidential.
5. Payments and Subscriptions
If your membership includes a paid subscription:
All payments are billed according to the selected plan (monthly, annually, etc.)
You may cancel at any time via your account settings.
Refunds are not guaranteed and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
6. Privacy
We take your privacy seriously. Your personal information will never be sold or shared with third parties. For details on how we collect and protect your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
7. Termination
Fonde reserves the right to suspend or remove any member for:
Violations of these terms
Abuse, bullying, or misconduct
Misrepresentation of identity or role
Any behavior that compromises the safety or integrity of the community
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. When we do, members will be notified via email or in-platform announcement. Continued participation after changes means you accept the new terms.
